1. Organizer
The organizer of the competition is Biohort GmbH, Pürnstein 43, 4120 Neufelden, Austria (hereinafter referred to as “Biohort”).
2. Eligibility
All natural persons residing in the EU who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. Employees of Biohort and their relatives are excluded from participation.
3. Participation in the competition
Participation takes place by registering for the Biohort newsletter via the corresponding online form. Each person can only participate once. Multiple registrations will not be considered.
4. Campaign period
The competition runs from 30.04.2025 up to and including 15.08.2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
5. Prize
A Biohort LeisureTime Box 130 in the colour of your choice will be raffled off among all valid registrations. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed in cash and cannot be exchanged.
6. Determination of the winner and notification
The winner will be determined at random within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will be notified by e-mail. If there is no response within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
7. Data protection
Personal data (e.g. name, email address) will be collected and processed as part of participation for the purpose of running the competition. The data will not be passed on to third parties. 8. Disclaimer
Biohort is not liable for technical malfunctions, network failures or other problems that could affect participation in the competition.
9. Exclusion from the competition
In the event of violations of these conditions of participation or attempts at technical manipulation, Biohort reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition.
10. Early termination
Biohort reserves the right to change or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice if this is necessary for organizational or technical reasons.
11. Legal recourse and applicable law
Legal recourse is excluded. There is no legal claim to participation or the prize. Place of jurisdiction: Linz; Applicable law: Austria to the exclusion of all international standards.
