You are entitled to cancel this contract within 14 days without stating your reasons for doing so. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods in question. In order to comply with the cancellation period, you must notify us of your wish to exercise your right to cancellation within the specified time limit.
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you with all payments we have received from you including the delivery costs (except any additional costs arising from your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest, standard delivery service offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your decision to cancel this contract. To make the repayment, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not, under any circumstances, be charged for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until we receive proof that the goods to be returned have been collected by our shipping company.
The direct costs of returning the goods are to borne by the consumer provided that the goods can be returned by post. Otherwise, the costs are to be borne by us according to Article 15 (3) of FAGG (Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act).
You will only have to pay for any loss in the value of the goods if such a loss can be attributed to the goods being handled inappropriately to check the quality, properties and function of the said goods.
For contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for the manufacture of which, individual selection or decision by the consumer is required or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
For contracts covering the delivery of sealed goods, which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been broken after delivery, and for contracts covering the delivery of goods if the latter have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery, due to the nature of the goods in question.
Please pack the item completely and securely in the original packaging if possible. We will contact you to collect the goods.
If you only wish to return one delivery item but have ordered other items that you now wish to pay for as per the invoice, simply deduct the returned item from the invoice amount.
