Did you know that metal offers numerous advantages over wood for outdoor use? It is maintenance-free, durable and does not burn. Even after decades, Biohort quality products do not deform and stay in shape. The simple, modern design also withstands the test of time. But tedious painting is definitely a thing of the past!
No painting!
The high-quality steel used by Biohort does not deform and remains in shape for decades.
Galvanised, polyamide enamel coated steel plate from Biohort is "fireproof" in accordance with EN 13501-1 (class "A1")
Even premium German car manufacturers trust the same steel plate as we do.
This is the reason why we can offer a 20-year guarantee against corrosion with a clear conscience (see the guarantee terms and conditions for details).
Biohort garden sheds are manufactured from steel plates that are twice as thick as those used by low-cost manufacturers. This ensures very high levels of stability (snow load of 150 kg/m2). A wind tunnel test conducted by the TU Wien university in Vienna confirmed that Biohort garden sheds can withstand wind speeds of up to 150 km/h (wind force of 12)*. Perfectly designed profiles and the use of stainless steel threaded screws further contribute to the durability of our products.

The colour coatings we use are produced exclusively for Biohort and do not match any RAL numbers. Since many Biohort dealers have show models or original colour samples, we recommend visiting them before making your purchase.
Use the "Dealer search" function to find a store near you.
You can also order free material samples (colour samples)!

The fact that Biohort has the most stable garden sheds was recently confirmed in the wind tunnel test performed at the Rail Tec Arsenal testing institute in Vienna.
Biohort garden sheds/outbuildings had the highest score (12 out of 12) on the Beaufort scale or a wind speed of 150 km/h*. This means you don't have to worry about your correctly anchored Biohort garden shed/outbuilding even in a hurricane.

Biohort has always produced in Austria, and we are very proud of this fact. There are now three large sites in the western Mühlviertel region of Upper Austria. We have deliberately chosen this region with a highly skilled workforce.
