Important Information about Biohort Delivery
Inspecting the delivery upon receipt
- Please note any missing items and visible transport damage on the carrier's delivery receipt. In the event of damage, please take photos immediately.
- Please also accept damaged packages or partial deliveries. Please report any discrepancies within 7 days, including photos, via our contact form.
We will review the case and promptly supply any damaged or missing parts.
Package storage
Please ensure that the packages are stored in a dry and level position until assembly.
Take care when opening the cartons
Cut open the carton along its edge using a utility knife. This will help prevent damage to the product.
Getting Started for a Smooth Assembly Process
- First, read the assembly instructions, including the safety and installation guidelines. The carton containing the assembly instructions is marked on the label.
- Follow the unpacking sequence described in the assembly instructions. For the best overview, only unbox the components required for the respective assembly step.
