The following terms and conditions apply to the commercial purchase of vouchers in the online shop at www.biohort.com.

1. Validity

The voucher is valid for a period of 5 years from the date of issue or purchase, unless otherwise stated. Once the validity period has expired, the voucher can no longer be redeemed.

2. Redemption

Vouchers can only be redeemed in the Biohort online shop at www.biohort.com. The respective contractual partner is either the nationally based sales company or Biohort GmbH in Austria. Cash payment or retroactive crediting to orders already placed is excluded.

The voucher can be purchased in various currencies. Redemption is only possible in the corresponding currency. In individual cases, Biohort reserves the right to convert the voucher into another currency at the exchange rate at the time of purchase or redemption in order to enable redemption in other currencies.

The purchase of additional vouchers by paying with vouchers is not permitted.

3. Minimum order value

If a minimum order value applies to the voucher, this will be specified in the voucher description.

Shipping costs do not count towards the minimum order value.

4. Remaining credit

Any remaining credit will expire when the voucher is redeemed. It is not possible to pay out the remaining credit.

5. Voucher transfer

Vouchers are transferable unless they are personalised. Commercial resale is not permitted.

6. Loss or theft

The issuer of the voucher accepts no liability in the event of loss, theft or unauthorised use. Blocking or replacement is only possible for personalised vouchers.

7. Misuse

In the event of suspected misuse or manipulation, the issuer of the voucher reserves the right to block the voucher and take legal action.

8. Terms and conditions

The general terms and conditions of Biohort GmbH apply, available at www.biohort.com/agb

9. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Linz (Austria), excluding arbitration. Austrian law applies. If national consumer protection laws stipulate otherwise, these shall take precedence.
