Generally, you can visit our website without make a statement about your person. However, if you would like to purchase from us or use certain functions of our website, personal data is being collected.
To order in our shop and for us to process your order, we need the following customer information: first name, last name, e-mail address, street, zip code, city, country and phone number. E-mail address and phone number are needed to get in touch with you swiftly in case of inquiries and information regarding your order. Further, in the case of payment via credit card, we need the type of credit card, your credit card number, the expiration date of the card as well as the check digit which is indicated on the back of your credit card. We do not recall data about your payment via credit card, since the credit card transaction is being processed via our partner company Wireard (www.wirecard-cee.com).
Our payment partner encodes your credit card via SSL (min. 128Bit) during data transfer. For payment term “purchase on account” you are requested to provide additionally your date of birth. For further information please see Terms & Conditions for purchase on account.
You can voluntarily create a customer account, which allows us to save your date for later, further orders. When creating a customer account, the data you provide is stored revocable. You can change or delete the data at any time in the customer area.
Biohort itself does not perform a risk and credit check. Credit card payments are managed by our partner company Wirecard (www.wirecard-cee.com). Payment via “purchase on account” are managed via our partner Payolution (payolution GmbH, Am Euro-Platz 2, 1120 Wien). Specific data, which are used for the credit check, are not forwarded to Biohort.
We use the information you provide exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and in strict accordance with the legal provisions. For this purpose, as far as necessary, a transfer of your data to other companies, e.g. to the transport carriers we work with, is made.
These companies may use your data exclusively for the purpose of order processing and not for any further purpose. Further, they are contractually obliged to comply with the data protection regulations.
In the case of a legal provision, an official order or an official investigation, we are however legally obliged to provide the respective data to the authorities.
We store the contract text and send you a confirmation via e-mail.
You have the possibility to send us inquiries or remarks via our contact form on our website. The messages and the respective data are forwarded internally to the right contact person. A transfer of the data to third parties does not occur unless you are advised separately.
You have the possibility to send an application to Biohort via our website. These transmitted data will be used only internally for the purpose of recruiting and will not be forwarded to third parties. You are at any time free to request these data to be deleted.

We are using geo localisation to make it easier for you to find a Biohort dealer close to you via our homepage. We are technically able to determine the location of your internet user based on the IP address. Further, we use geo localisation to show you the right products, prices and taxes of the respective country in our online shop.
